During the third weekend of November the New York Staff Band will visit Wellsboro and Williamsport, PA for a weekend of ministry. This weekend will have a concert to honor the service units of the Salvation Army in the area, a joint concert with the Billtown Brass Band, a worship service at the Williamsport Salvation Army and a concert of praise at the same location.
