NYSB Christmas

The New York Staff Band was busy throughout the Holiday Season, starting with

a ministry weekend in Kingston, New York on November 17 - 18 which included the kick-off for their 2007 Christmas Kettle Effort. On December 1, the Band played a Christmas Concert at the Pompton Plains Reformed Bible Church.  Sunday, December 2nd found the Band at the Manhattan ARC in the morning and the Hempstead Corps on Sunday afternoon. Further ministry continued as the Band privided music at the Greater New York Annual Luncheon on December 5th and caroling and visiting patients on Roosevelt Island's Goldwater and Coler Hospitals on December 12.  A small ensemble of NYSB members were pressed into service at several other Christmas events, including an invitation to play at the United Nations by Commissioner Christine MacMillan from the International Social Justice Center.
